Maintenance packages

Fork maintenance 50 h - $75

Preventive maintenance is recommended after 50 hours of use to preserve the performance of the fork.

  • Inspect the fork for any damage or signs of wear.
  • Replacement of dust wipers, foam rings and crush washers
  • Draining and replacing the fluid in the fork tubes , applying specific grease

Shock absorber service (50 hours) - $60

Maintenance is recommended after 50 hours of use to ensure proper operation and extend the life of the shock absorber.

  • Shock absorber inspection to detect any damage or signs of wear
  • Draining and replacing the inner tube fluid , applying specific grease
  • Replacement of the inner tube seals and dust cover
  • Replacing the mounting rings for an optimal fit

Complete fork rebuild, 200 hours

A full service is recommended after 200 hours of use or in case of performance loss.

  • Inspect the fork for any damage or signs of wear.
  • Inspection of the sliding rings to ensure proper operation
  • Replacement of foam bushings, dust wipers and crush washers
  • Draining and replacing the fluid in the fork tubes , applying specific grease
  • Complete dismantling and reconstruction of the hydraulic system
  • Valve replacement and adjustment if necessary
  • Complete rebuild and new air-side seals
  • Vacuum purging of damping fluids for optimal operation

Complete rebuild, shock absorbers 200 hours old

A full service is recommended after 200 hours of use or when the shock absorber shows a decrease in performance.

  • Shock absorber inspection to detect any damage or signs of wear
  • Draining and replacing the inner tube fluid , applying grease
  • Replacement of the inner tube seals and the dust scraper
  • Complete dismantling and reconstruction of the hydraulic system
  • Valve replacement and adjustment if necessary
  • Vacuum purging of damping fluids for optimal operation
  • Replacing the mounting rings
